Our Hard Flooring Installation Process

Hard flooring comes in many varieties:

  • Vinyl Planks

  • Vinyl Tiles

  • Vinyl Sheet

  • Hybrid Planks

  • Engineered Timber

With installation similar to that of installing carpet there are just a few differences.

  1. Some products require to “acclimate” on site prior to installation. These products are delivered to your home 48 hours or so prior to installation.

  2. Installation can be over several days, depending on the m2 being installed and the floor prep required. Be prepared for disruption to your household.

  3. Your installer can answer any questions you have regarding the installation.

  4. Please remember that there are times where, upon pulling up the existing flooring, we find problems with the sub floor requiring additional work to ensure your floor is perfect. These extra costs will be explained by the installer prior to proceeding.
